In order to work faster and achieve better quality in carrying out orders we acquired plastic mixing and dosing equipment. All the machines are fully automatic. They allow changing component dosage, volumes of colour concentrates, density of raw materials, etc. The main advantage of this equipment is production of the raw material of hardness starting from 35 shore A. It is a very soft nearly gel structure material. Most of the producers achieve 50 shore A quality. Another advantage is that the prepared raw material is directly transferred to the production process without any additional processing. It is very economic. All recipes are made following customer requirements. Our specialists are ready to produce concentrates of any RAL colour. Accurate dosing and weighing equipment allow packing of products to bags starting from 25 kg to bigbags (1 ton).
Another advantage is production of PVC for moulded products. The temperature applied has to be very accurate, otherwise destruction may occur. Due to additives used by us we can escape such adverse processes.
Production of PVC raw materials is in constant development. It is really a nice product.
